Chapter 2694 Supplement, Breakthrough
Di Yihun did not chase after to the token, nor did he make to grab it, nor did he restrict anyone else’s speed.
With a shift in thoughts, the whole space burst into misty starlight again, making it as though they were all floating among the shining stars.
Then, the token that had been thrown far away promptly changed its course. It carved a beautiful curve as it flew towards Di Yihun.
“What?”
“How’s that possible?”
“Not good!”
Everyone was shocked beyond words. They had not expected such a change at all, but it was too late to stop it from happening.
The colored pendant was extremely fast, as though dragged by the starlight, as it flew towards Di Yihun. In the blink of an eye, he caught it.
“This…!” They could not believe it. This man had caught the token!
“I’ll take that. Thanks!” Di Yihun said calmly as he bowed towards the others before turning away.
The crowd watched him leave in silence. They had previously agreed that whoever got the token first would get to keep it. No objections.
So now that Di Yihun had caught the token, they did not retaliate.
Their eyes sparkled, not willing to give up. But this was not a good time to strike.
As Di Yihun left, Leng Canfeng signaled his companions with his eyes, then he quickly moved towards wherever Di Yihun had gone.
Shi Zixuan, too, did not give up. He paused for a moment before pursuing Leng Canfeng and the rest.
Ye Jin did not go. After witnessing Shi Zixuan and Leng Canfeng’s form, he knew those two would not give up. With Shi Zixuan around, there was little possibility that he could snatch the token.
Instead of wasting his time here, he might as well look for other tokens or go destroy the Beast Soul of the Star Beast.
“I wonder where Wu Shan is…” Ye Jin sighed and left. He still had to kill Wu Shan, but he could not find him.
Di Yihun bore an unconcerned expression as he traversed in the body of the Space Beast at incredible speed.
“You’re looking for trouble!”
Di Yihun peered behind him, his eyes glowing with killing intent, only to find a bunch of others giving chase. These people were bringing about their own destruction. Nothing personal.
But this was not a good place to fight. He needed somewhere deserted. A while later, Di Yihun came to a relatively narrow space. This was one of the corners in the Space Beast’s inner organs. He stopped and turned back, waiting for those seeking their own downfall.
He had not hunted or killed in many years. Today was the beginning of his killing spree.
Sure enough, after a few moments, Leng Canfeng and his fifty men came to confront Di Yihun.
“Were you waiting for us?” Leng Canfeng came to a halt five miles away from Di Yihun, looking astonished. He knew Di Yihun was not weak. Shi Zixuan’s inability to escape just now was proof of it.
But he had not expected Di Yihun to be so fearless, and not one bit afraid of them.
“You were the one who agreed with me first that the token was on a first come, first serve basis!” Di Yihun said in a low voice.
“That’s just a joke!” Leng Canfeng cackled, mocking him.
“Give it your best shot!” Di Yihun responded plainly, refusing idle banter.
“Since you’re so fearless, I’d like to see how strong you really are!” Leng Canfeng’s face darkened. Based on Di Yihun’s attitude, obviously he would not hand over the token just like that, so Leng Canfeng cut to the chase and shouted, “All of you, take him!”
Leng Canfeng and his people commenced their attack before he had even finished giving his order. Together, they charged towards Di Yihun, going in for the kill. They spared no mercy. They intended to destroy Di Yihun and snatch the token.
It was worth nothing that Leng Canfeng and the others had certainly staged a powerful attack. Although most of them were merely Middle-rank Supreme Beings, they were strong enough to clash with someone of the Supreme Realm Beginning Stage when they joined forces.
They had managed to take down the man in the hemp top together just now, though the man had already been seriously wounded.
“You overreach yourself!” Di Yihun said in a low voice. Then, heaven and earth suddenly changed positions in a cosmic shift. It was as though everyone had left the world and reappeared again in space, where bright stars and dazzling lights were shining everywhere.
With the support of the starlight, Di Yishun moved at great speed and instantly appeared in the distance, avoiding all of their attacks.
Then, every star in the cosmic realm exploded into dazzling starlight, each forming a sword or a knife or other type of weapon, before charging at Leng Canfeng and the group. There were at least a hundred thousand of these attacks, each as strong as the next, and they were gathering powerful momentum. “What?”
“Not good!”
“How’s this possible?”
Leng Canfeng and the others were shocked by such a terrifying attack.
Most importantly, they were surrounded by starlight with nowhere to run or hide. “Kill!”
However, they were not ordinary fighters after all, as each of them quickly triggered their defences to block the almighty attacks.
Rumble!!
It ended in explosions and screams. Ultimately, the people led by Leng Canfeng were not that strong after all. They were unable to resist Di Yihun’s attack.
Almost half of them were killed off instantly, their remains bombarded by the stars.
Leng Canfeng remained uninjured, while the others suffered injuries here and there. “How is he so strong?” Leng Canfeng said, bewildered. The reputation of the person before him remained unknown, yet his power spoke for itself. It so so strong he felt his heart shudder.
“Run!” Leng Canfeng shouted without hesitation. He wanted to escape with his people. It looked like they were trapped in space, but they actually were not.
“You can’t run!” Di Yihun said coldly. The thousands of stars across the universe shot another round of dazzling lights at them.
Boom!!!
More explosions ensued. The group tried to block them with all their might but they could not beat Di Yihun. Every one of them, including Leng Canfeng, were all eliminated.
All fifty were annihilated after two rounds of attacks. Only one survived.
The survivor was not Leng Canfeng, who was the strongest, but merely an ordinary Advanced Supreme Being. His flesh had been pummelled beyond recognition, but his Primordial Spirit remained.
It survived not because he was strong, but because Di Yihun had allowed it.
The Primordial Spirit was a giant Star Cloud, shining as brilliantly as the stars.
“S-Spare me, please… we’re from the same sect!” A terrified and trembling voice sounded from within the Star Cloud Primordial Spirit. “The way I see it, you’re just a supplement!” Di Yihun said indifferently, and snatched the Star Cloud Primordial Spirit in one pull. A large vortex appeared above his head. He tossed the Star Cloud Primordial Spirit into the vortex.
Everything was calm again. Apart from the strong smell of blood in the void and the weapons and treasures that remained, there were no other survivors.
“If you want the token, come and get it!” Before leaving, Di Yihun turned and stared into the distance.
Hum~~
Far away, the space vibrated as Shi Zixuan gradually emerged. “You’re too strong for me!” Shi Zixuan said to Di Yihun solemnly.
He had never imagined that the person in front of him could be so strong.
Di Yihun was much stronger than himself, or perhaps somewhere between strong and weak but not lower than that.
“Bye!” Di Yihun departed after leaving behind his final word. Since Shi Zixuan had admitted defeat, Di Yihun could not be bothered with him.
Furthermore, Shi Zixuan was quite strong too. But since he was not sure he could defeat Di Yihun, it was not worth fighting.
Di Yihun had a token now, which secured a spot as a disciple in the headquarters. His next stop was to destroy the Beast Soul. Hopefully he could make it in time.
“He’s good at hiding, that one!” Shi Zixuan muttered quietly to himself as he watched Di Yihun disappear. The man was extraordinary, yet he had never heard of him. Evidently, Di Yihun had kept his talents hidden.
In the Space Beast’s mind, Su Mo’s aura surged internally, sounding out in fits and roars.
Outside, his body took turns being engulfed in flames and golden light. This was the image of a Rule power in its creation process.
Currently, he was using the power of two Rules to fuse and blend with his own training. A breakthrough was expected.
“Break through!” To speed up the process, Su Mo consumed another batch of Dawn Stones. The strong Source Energy roamed about in his body.
He was almost at a breakthrough. This last batch of Dawn Stones he had devoured would likely be the last straw to break the bottleneck.
Rumble!!
A huge roar came from within him, trembling in all directions. He had finally reached a breakthrough in his training, and his aura rose rapidly.

Once it happened, Su Mo left in an instant without even bothering to stabilize the Realm he had so painstakingly ascended to.
He had wasted too much time. He did not know how far the Selection had progressed, but he had to hurry.
