There was the fiery-red Fire-Based Energy, the golden Metal-Based Energy, as the Thunder-Based Energy, among others.
“Where’s Chaotic Energy?” Su Mo stared wide-eyed at the Myriad Holy Mountain. Various attributes of Source Energy raged over the mountain, but there was no sign of Chaotic Energy.
But Su Mo was not disappointed. If he could find the Five-Elements Energy, he could use that too.
“I wonder what mysteries are held here?” Su Mo took a deep breath and flew towards the Myriad Holy Mountain. If the mountain only had loads of Source Energy and nothing else, he would be disappointed.
To him, there was no difference whether he devoured Dawn Stones or Source Energy.

He walked into a cave. The cave was red, emanating fire-based power, obviously containing a large amount of Fire-Based Energy.
In the cave was a large stone chamber about a hundred square feet in size. A large pool was built inside, filled with Fire-Based Energy.
But the Fire-Based Energy here had become liquid, akin to magma, which was pretty amazing. Its fire-based power was enough to melt common sacred weapons.
Right then and there, hundreds of people were sitting around the pool, absorbing its Fire-Based Liquid.
“Oh my… this is actually liquid!” Su Mo said, surprised. The Myriad Holy Mountain was not as simple as he had thought. Absorbing this liquid would be more effective than absorbing those Dawn Stones.

This cave contained Fire-Based Liquid, while Source Liquid of other properties could be found in other caves.
As he entered the pool, he was immediately enveloped by the surging Fire-Based Liquid, but he was strong and protected by Chaotic Power Energy, so he was not harmed.
Even his clothes were covered by layers of Chaotic Power Energy so as not to be melted by the Fire-Based Liquid.
Sitting in the pool, the Fire-Based Liquid reached Su Mo’s lower abdomen. He quickly triggered the Devouring Rule.
He no longer cared if anyone else knew he could do this. He was just devouring Source Liquid. It should not have been a big deal.

A tall young man in yellow robes rose and glared at Su Mo.
“Why?” Su Mo peered at him.
“What do you suppose we use if you take up all the Source Liquid?” the man in yellow questioned him.
“No one’s stopping you. Anyone can absorb as much Source Liquid as they can,” Su Mo said flatly. He understood that if he absorbed all the Fire-Based Liquid, there would be none left for other people. But he had to become stronger, and that meant he could not think about others all the time.
Like he had said, anyone could absorb as much Source Liquid as they could.
In truth, he had already slowed down his devouring speed. Otherwise, he would have absorbed everything in an instant.
“You…!” the tall young man got angry but was unable to retort. The Myriad Holy Mountain belonged to the Palmy Branch, and every one of its disciples with enough training could come here to take in the Source Liquid.
