“The scent of the lavender would mingle with the warm air in the bathroom. It feels… very comfortable.”

The wave of warm air along with the fragrance of the lavender would envelop her body. She would feel the warm air wrapping around her body and kissing her skin. Her entire body would smell of lavender.

Wei Wucai then walked Yan Zhiqing to her room. Yan Zhiqing turned around with her back facing the door of her room.
She couldn’t help but remember how awkward she felt when she saw him as she was leaving the room this morning.
She snickered at the thought of it.
At this moment, Wei Wucai was not standing near her. He remained a respectful distance away.
Yan Zhiqing smiled and said, “Thanks for tonight.”
“Aren’t we friends? There’s no need to be courteous,” Wei Wucai said.
Yan Zhiqing smiled and was just about to respond…
