Ascendant Celestial Lich's Smite of Retribution(5/5):: The visage of the Celestial Lich descends as its Legions of Undead are summoned as an amalgamation of a weapon, transforming into an enormous Celestial Bone Legion Sword that rains down Retribution into a single target with a Damage Value of 1,500, and then a secondary Smite of 500 Area of Effect True Reality Damage Values as the Celestial Bone Legion Sword transforms into a Celestial Necrotic Ring of Death that swirls for 3 microseconds against all enemies…
