“I want to eat noodles with two poached eggs and no vegetables.”
Lu Jingye who was about to turn around and head downstairs stopped walking. He turned around and tapped her head. He did not agree to exclude the vegetables and merely said, “There’s still some of the chicken soup Mother cooked yesterday. I’ll cook a bowl of chicken noodles for you.”
“Mm-hmm.” Zi Yi hastily nodded her head. Seeing that he was about to go downstairs, she hastily said, “I also want to eat strawberries.”

After Lu Jingye went downstairs, Zi Yi headed to the study room.

Just then, the door was pushed open. Lu Jingye came in with a bowl of noodles and a plate of strawberries.
Zi Yi’s nose twitched when she smelled the fragrance. She secretly swallowed her saliva. “It smells so good.”
Following that, she put away the virtual keyboard and stood up.
Lu Jingye put the bowl on the table and pulled a chair over for her.
Zi Yi sat down and burst open the poached egg. When she saw the vegetables hidden under the poached egg, she furrowed her brows in displeasure. “You’re so bad. I told you no vegetables.”
Lu Jingye raised his hand and stroked her head while he gently coaxed her. “Vegetables are nutritious. I didn’t put much. Eating them is good for you and your baby.”
Zi Yi snorted before she started eating.
While she was in the middle of eating, Lu Jingye went to take a look at the virtual screen. Upon seeing the images reflected, he still got a shock.
“You’ve already deciphered all the fleets of Country A that are participating in the military exercise?”
Zi Yi did not have time to answer him at all. She was sucking a mouthful of noodles and she only managed to answer him after she ate the noodles.
Lu Jingye continued looking at the virtual screen.
After he saw the data, his expression instantly turned serious.
“Country A is actually planning to use their stealth submarine to hit Father’s fleet after the military exercise.”
By this time, Zi Yi was already half filled. She finally raised her head and said, “When the time comes, wouldn’t it be fun to get Dad’s invisible robots to blow up their stealth submarines?”
Lu Jingye tilted her head and looked at her.
Zi Yi had picked up a stalk of a vegetable and before she ate it, she muttered, “Before being pregnant with twins, I thought that vegetables tasted good too. Why do I feel that vegetables taste bad after being pregnant with them?”
Lu Jingye’s lips curved up and he said, “It’s possible that it’s a reaction from being pregnant.”
Zi Yi smiled when she heard that. “How is there possibly such a reaction that specifically happens during pregnancy?”
Having said that, she ate the vegetable and swallowed it after chewing twice.
“It still tastes bad.”
Lu Jingye saw her reaction and walked over to touch her head.
Zi Yi felt like eating strawberries and she pushed the leftover bowl of noodles to him. “I can’t finish it.”
Lu Jingye took the bowl and finished the leftovers in a few bites.
Following that, they made their way to the sofa.

While looking at the string of codes on her screen, he said, “Five hours ago, I issued a reward task in the underground black market.”
