The wounded flood dragon hovered around in the sky with his goggled eyes staring at Luo Jianqing, all the while dripping blood.

Looking at the world through his blood-stained eyes, Luo could hear his own heart beating like crazy. It had never occurred to him that his heart could beat so fast at a moment such as this. Now that he thought about it, he had experienced the same ponding heart beats when he was lying in his own pool of blood after being beaten by Xuan Lingzi.
