Gu Shishi no longer needed to go in to work.
They had hired the disciples of a few renowned artists as instructors and had slowly became a more and more professional institution.
Even Ling Xiaomei had decided to improve herself and, while teaching others on the basics in the daytime, would spend time on completing her own practice exercises at night.
Gu Shishi’s art studio became more and more known in the city and became one of the choices that parents would consider for their children’s future in arts.
Her skincare business had also been going up and up and that made Plant Manager Liu very happy.
Each time he reported to Gu Shishi was all good news. Master Xia had recruited many researchers who studied aboard and testing personnel from some big companies and was very determined to continue to improve the quality and effects of the products.

As such, she had returned to her having-nothing-to-do state. She would stay home and paint every day. She felt lonely and empty and could only head over to the activities organized by the Ink Painting Association occasionally.
Even Huo ChuChu and the others have their own work to tend to and could not keep her company in the daytime.
“Big Huohuo, can I go in to work with you?”
Now that she had figured out where her trashed paintings had gone, she looked around and finally noticed the man who was late to work again when accompanying her on a walk today.
“I can bring with me all of my painting tools and stay behind your screen. I will stay very quiet.
“Just like yesterday, I won’t make any noise.”

He felt much relieved after she had given up on the topic of her trashed paintings.
Truth was, over this period of time, even when he was at work, he would occasionally look over at his WeChat window and friend’s circle and want to know what she was up to at all times.
His efficiency at work had decreased being so distracted.
He never knew before that having a wife could be so distracting.
Even when he knew full well there she was home and was well taken care of, he would still worried whether she had eaten her lunch like she was supposed to, taken her walks on time, lay down when she back was sore, taken a break after she had been painting for an hour……
He had been wanting to pack her up and put her in the trunk to bring with to his office if only he could.

Had he been just an ordinary employee, who would bring their wife to work?

“Alternatively, do you need an artist at your company? That I can do.”

“I can do western art type as well. I am even somewhat familiar with drawing software.”
She had used some of the drawing applications in the past. She was no expert in them though.
When she was working on Huajian’s packaging, she had worked with some girl in the artistic department and also read a couple of books. She wasn’t too familiar with them but she was able to draw with a mouse or digital tablet.
“Mmm.”
Huo Sishen wrapped her up inside his coat with a smile on him.
